These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tak71 platform ("Platform" or "Service") and its users ("you" or "Member"). By using any service of tak71, you are considered to have read these Terms carefully and agreed to them in full.

If more than one account is found registered to the same person, both accounts will be permanently closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on tak71 only through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits are credited to the account once completed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from an account is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used to make the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Security

tak71 uses SSL encryption to keep all financial transactions secure. If any issue arises with a transaction, the support team must be notified within 24 hours. tak71 maintains records of all transactions, and these records will be considered final in the event of a dispute.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, with a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are valid for use on the tak71 platform only.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit after being received; otherwise they will be cancelled.
• tak71 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings if bonus terms are violated.

5.4 VIP Program

tak71's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Tiers are advanced through regular gaming activity.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

tak71 ensures fair play in all games. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no outcome is predetermined. The platform ensures its transparency through third-party audits.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is cancelled or left incomplete due to a technical error, the amount wagered will be refunded. In the event of an internet disconnection or device failure, the server log records will be considered final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are displayed in the game interface. Placing bets outside these limits is not possible.

6.4 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. After the result is announced, winnings from successful bets are added to the account.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Bonus abuse — placing low-risk or opposing bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Account fraud — using or selling another person's account.
• Money laundering — using the platform to process illegally obtained funds.
• Software interference — using bots, macros, or automated software.
• Collusion — multiple members coordinating bets together to gain an unfair advantage.
• False identity — providing a fake name, address, or age information.

8.1 tak71's Rights

tak71 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms are violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If false information or documents are submitted.
• If multiple accounts are found.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. After account closure, the process of withdrawing any valid balance will be completed, unless there is a reason for forfeiture due to a breach of the Terms.

8.3 Appeals Process

The tak71 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. tak71 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
• Issues arising from the failure of third-party service providers.

• Theft of a password or account information due to the member's own negligence.

In any circumstance, tak71's total liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
